Each Parlour Box is a curated self-care experience built around tea, scent, and calm — a little ritual you can enjoy at home.

Can I buy a one-off box?
Yes! You can choose a single box for £24.99 or subscribe monthly for £22.99.

When will my box arrive?
Boxes are sent out at the start of each month via Royal Mail Tracked 48. You’ll receive an email confirmation and tracking link once it’s shipped.

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Of course — you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime through your account. See the subscriptions page for more details.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we ship within the UK only, but international shipping is coming soon.

I want to send a gift — can you include a note?
